TWIINE SOFTWARE ENGINE
These Campaign Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in any campaign, alert program, or notification service ("Campaign") operated by Looqoe ("we," "our," or "us") through the TWIINE software engine. By enrolling in a Campaign, you ("you," "your," or the "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.
Campaigns are available to verified parent accounts and legal guardians who have completed the account creation and guardian-verification onboarding flow. By enrolling, you confirm that the contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to receive safety alerts for the managed child account linked to the Campaign.
TWIINE Campaigns deliver automated, high-priority emergency notifications and transactional safety alerts generated when our internal acoustic engine tracks critical safety thresholds on a managed child account. The nature, frequency, and content of alerts depend on the specific Campaign configuration and the safety events detected. We do not guarantee that every safety event will generate an alert, and alerts should not be relied upon as a substitute for direct supervision.
Campaigns that deliver alerts via SMS require your express opt-in consent. You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We maintain strict compliance with mobile carrier guidelines and do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at the address below.
All biometric data streams, vocal metrics, and system log events compiled during a Campaign are processed locally and securely encrypted. This information is confidential and accessible only by verified parent accounts, legal guardians, or authorized entities for safety evaluation purposes. Our use of your data is further described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to misuse the Campaign services, including attempting to reverse engineer the acoustic engine, falsify safety events, share alert content with unauthorized parties, or interfere with the delivery of notifications. We may suspend or terminate a Campaign enrollment if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
The TWIINE software engine and all Campaign services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looqoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any failure or delay in delivering an alert, regardless of the cause. Campaigns are a supplementary safety tool and do not replace direct supervision or emergency services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in a Campaign after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You may cancel your Campaign enrollment at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Campaign at our discretion.
