I pledge to support the modernization of America's water, agriculture, and energy infrastructure with systems that deliver real-time telemetry, early-warning directive issuance, and audit-grade provenance — with human-in-the-loop oversight on every critical action.
This is a commitment to a standard, not a vendor. As critical infrastructure increasingly relies on automated decision systems, those systems should be explainable, auditable, and accountable to the public — not opaque black boxes. The goal of this pledge is to encourage that standard across the industry, regardless of which platform an operator chooses.
