Our Mission

Protect the infrastructure that protects the world.

LOOQOE is a unified kinetic operating system. One physics-based kernel powers eighteen specialized engines — each one built to read the live telemetry of a critical industry and issue the directive before the failure, the breach, or the collapse.

The engineer behind the kernel

Jules Valarin is a software engineer with fifteen years of experience building advanced technology systems. His work spans industrial telemetry, real-time signal processing, and physics-based operational intelligence — the three disciplines that converged into the LOOQOE kinetic kernel.

Valarin architected LOOQOE as the sole engineer and operator behind the system. The kinetic kernel was built to be domain-agnostic: the same computation that reads a downhole drilling signal can read a power-grid frequency, a steel-furnace thermal flux, or a border seismic signature — and classify each one with the same deterministic directive.

"We didn't build eighteen products. We built one physics — and let it protect eighteen industries."

What the mission requires

Protect Critical Infrastructure

Defend the steel mills, power grids, water systems, ports, and supply chains that sustain the global economy — before failure, breach, or collapse.

One Physics, Many Domains

A single kinetic kernel powers eighteen specialized engines. Deviation, mass, and momentum are computed the same way whether the signal comes from a furnace, a transmission line, or a border sensor.

Directive Before the Event

Every engine issues a deterministic, auditable directive — not a prediction. Operators receive the action threshold, the stabilization target, and the hard circuit-breaker before the event occurs.

Software-Only Overlay

No hardware to replace. LOOQOE maps onto existing SCADA, IoT, and telemetry infrastructure in 4–10 weeks per license, preserving every sensor and control system already in the field.

Fifteen years in the making

2010

Jules Valarin begins building advanced software systems for industrial telemetry and real-time signal processing.

2015

First kinetic kernel prototypes — digit-reduction, deviation-rate, and momentum indexing applied to oilfield and defense telemetry.

2020

The kinetic kernel is generalized into a cross-industry physics layer, separating the computation from the domain.

2024

LOOQOE launches as the unified Kinetic Operating System — four Kinetic Quantum Engines and eighteen Kinetic Engines under one architecture.

About LOOQOE

What is LOOQOE?

LOOQOE is a unified kinetic operating system that powers multiple physics-based industrial engines across defense, energy, cybersecurity, healthcare, water, steel, maritime, telecom, and finance. It is a software-only overlay that reads real-time telemetry and issues deterministic operational directives.

Who founded LOOQOE?

LOOQOE was founded by Jules Valarin, who serves as Chief Executive Officer. Valarin is a software engineer with fifteen years of experience building advanced technology systems for industrial telemetry, real-time signal processing, and physics-based operational intelligence.

What is the LOOQOE kinetic kernel?

The kinetic kernel is the shared computational core of every LOOQOE engine. It computes three quantities from any telemetry signal: Deviation Rate (D), Structural Mass (M), and Kinematic Velocity. These three values produce a Kinetic Index that classifies the operational state and triggers a deterministic directive.

How does LOOQOE protect critical infrastructure?

LOOQOE overlays onto existing industrial control systems — steel mills, power grids, water utilities, border sensors, port terminals, and telecom networks — and reads their live telemetry through the kinetic kernel. When a signal deviates from its baseline, the engine issues an action threshold, a stabilization target, and a hard circuit-breaker value so operators can intervene before a failure, breach, or collapse.

Does LOOQOE require new hardware?

No. LOOQOE is a software-only overlay. It maps onto existing SCADA, IoT, and telemetry infrastructure in four to ten weeks per license. No sensors, controllers, or field hardware need to be replaced.

What industries does LOOQOE serve?

LOOQOE serves defense and aerospace (SENTATRON), oil and gas (RYGTRON), mining (LYTHRON), energy and grid (ENVERR), water utilities (AQWINN), agriculture (ARRVIA), robotics and logistics (ROVORR), maritime (PURERATRON), cybersecurity (DYKKRO), border security (BORRDIX), telecom (CELLICX), steel (STEEKOR), public safety (QANYXX), social platform integrity (GAXXIS), healthcare (ALUNENA, ORVICS), cognitive resilience (SERAKRON), traffic (ORCHCAVIA), and financial execution (MECTRIK).
